The load-bearing design of integrated insulation and decoration can be used directly in the renovation of existing buildings without considering the load-bearing capacity. The thickness of different decorative panels is also very different. When the panel is selected as a calcium silicate board, a 6-8mm high-density calcium silicate board is generally used, which can ensure the strength and overall flatness of the construction, but before the panel and the insulation layer are compounded, ensure that the material will not absorb water and deform.
All other walls must be treated with interface mortar and then coated with insulation materials, otherwise the integration of insulation and decoration will be directly hollowed out or the interface treatment material will fail, forming the interface layer and the main wall hollowed out, forming a hollowed insulation layer together. When the gap between the boards is greater than 2mm, the gap must be filled with insulation strips, and the strips must not be filled with mortar or adhesive. The parts with a flatness height difference of 1.5mm between the boards should be polished flat with wood files, coarse sandpaper or grinding wheels before the construction of the surface layer.
These structural measures can increase the bonding force between materials and reduce the temperature difference between the layers of materials in the insulation system, which is more conducive to the stability of the system quality. The filling of polyurethane also improves the fire resistance of the insulation system to a certain extent.
The thermal insulation performance of the integrated thermal insulation decoration is self-evident, which is a must for wall materials. However, its waterproof performance is not something that all wall materials can have. With the special waterproof groove design, water in the building can be removed.
