The external insulation is mainly composed of polyurethane exterior wall insulation system, which uses 190mm thick concrete hollow blocks as the load-bearing structure and is laid on the inside of the blocks. 50mm thin self extinguishing polyurethane board is attached and reinforced with alkali resistant fiber mesh, and the general plaster coating inside forms the exterior wall decoration.
The advantage of the integrated insulation and decoration board form is that it can accurately cut or reduce the cold bridge of the wall, accurately increase the temperature of the inner surface of the exterior wall, and the heavy material with a small heat storage coefficient is located indoors under unstable heating conditions. It can improve indoor thermal stability, but the insulation effect is poor. The room temperature is basically not affected by external temperature changes, and the temperature distribution inside the insulation room is uniform, which can gradually improve indoor temperature comfort. However, because the insulation layer is fixed to the entire height of the outer wall, the insulation material adheres to the base layer of the wall through adhesive. The durability of the insulation layer depends on the durability of the adhesive. In addition, the wall plaster has added fiber mesh. The fabric has undergone reinforcement, but it must withstand the test of wind, rain, heat, cold, and sunlight exposure. The plastering mortar is still difficult to crack and water, resulting in wall damage. In addition, due to the high strength of insulation materials, they are subjected to internal loads. It is very difficult to destroy, and repairing all internal insulation and decorative panels is extremely challenging. So, this type of insulation has increasingly lower technical requirements, requires lower materials, and is becoming cheaper in terms of cost.
Another insulation method is to use clay brick interlayer insulation, which is a 240 load-bearing brick wall, 50 thick polystyrene board, and 120 insulation decorative integrated board. This type of wall structure basically meets the requirements of insulation and energy conservation, but with the gradual withdrawal of clay bricks and their limitations from the market, the wall structure is gradually decreasing. On the contrary, due to the increase in the strength of concrete hollow blocks in the country, some areas have adopted blocks instead of clay bricks, but most insulation and decorative panels use external insulation materials. The external insulation form of the wall is completely enclosed by blocks, and only mud bricks are used to visually replace the blocks, which cannot fully utilize the decorative effect of the blocks. At present, it has been applied to many high-rise buildings in Heilongjiang and other places, but due to the long construction time, many problems have not been exposed.
