Cement based foam material, inorganic concrete: thermal conductivity of 0.042-0.051, A1 fireproof, flame-retardant, with the same service life as building airtight insulation materials.



Inorganic rock wool board: thermal conductivity of 0.041-0.045, flame retardant, moisture absorbing, poor insulation effect.



Inorganic ceramic insulation board: thermal conductivity of 0.08-0.10, flame retardant, non absorbent, easy to install, durable.




Inorganic perlite slurry: thermal conductivity of 0.07-0.09, good fire resistance, high temperature resistance, high water absorption, but poor insulation.




Expanded polystyrene board (EPS board): thermal conductivity of 0.037.0.041, good insulation effect, low price, slightly lower strength.




There are models of integrated insulation and decoration panels: thermal conductivity of 0.028-0.03, good insulation effect, high strength, good moisture resistance, high price, and the construction surface needs to be treated.




At present, cracks have appeared on the exterior of the integrated insulation and decoration board, affecting the appearance and even causing quality problems such as peeling, cracking, and water leakage of the wall decoration coating, shortening the service life of the building. How to take remedial measures to solve the problem of cracks in the integrated insulation and decoration board has become a focus of attention in the industry.




1. Repair the leaking part of the hollow protruding part of the insulation board. Clean the cracks and hollows of the original insulation board, roll the interface agent once on the cleaned substrate, dry the cut polystyrene board to the substrate, and then repair and install the anchor bolts with very soft gypsum mortar.




2. Cracks that require structural reinforcement should be cut along the insulation layer that extends 20 to 50 centimeters on both sides of the crack until the cement or brick base is cleaned and impurities are removed to fully expose the crack. Then crack the cracks according to the requirements of relevant departments. After confirming the processing, repair the insulation layer with the corresponding materials.




When repairing the insulation and decoration integrated board, the polystyrene board should be cut according to the width and length of the cut insulation and decoration integrated board to repair the insulation system. After the steel treatment layer is dried, the cut polystyrene board is bonded to the mortar, and then the cut part is repaired and flattened with a sand cloth in the plastering mortar, and has good flexibility.




4. Treatment method for plastering mortar layer. For walls with many cracks, the first step is to carefully inspect the wall and identify cracks with a width greater than 0.3 millimeters and a depth greater than 1 millimeter. The above crack repair method is: clean the crack along the crack, roll or scrape the crack resistant waterproof adhesive, press the ultra-thin crack resistant reinforcement cloth in the middle, clean the entire wall, remove oil and impurities, polish the old coating to enhance adhesion. The entire batch of putty meets the JG/T157 "Building Exterior Wall Putty" R-type standard twice, and is coated with elastic paint on both sides. For walls with fewer cracks. Remove the putty layer along the seam until it is clean. The anti cracking and waterproof adhesive is directly wrapped or scraped along the crack, and an ultra-thin anti cracking reinforcement cloth is pressed in the middle.
