In the past, the most common exterior wall insulation material on the market was polystyrene insulation material. As a building exterior wall insulation, the thermal insulation performance of this material is undoubtedly very good. Now the use rate of this EPS material in the building exterior wall insulation industry is not high.


Vertical construction is generally carried out in a bottom-to-top construction order, but in order to ensure that each board is on the same horizontal line on the surrounding walls, the same baseline of the surrounding walls of the building should be used as the starting point for the upward and downward directions. When using electric tools to cut the insulation decoration board on site, dust will be generated, so the operator must wear a mask. Be careful not to stick sealing tape, seals and sealing tape on the surface to avoid sticking to the board decoration surface. When installing other objects, please install them on the bottom material.


External wall insulation materials strictly control the water absorption rate of external wall insulation rock wool boards. Excessive water absorption will cause moisture to invade the insulation layer and penetrate into the base of the wall. In the freeze-thaw environment, the insulation in this area is damaged on a large scale, and it should be waterproofed or certain waterproof measures should be adopted in the system application.
