The exterior wall insulation is insulated, and the mesh is hung on the outside of the insulation board, plastered and painted. The construction quality is not evaluated because the completion acceptance has been completed. According to the design requirements, the position of the grid line is popped out on the insulation layer, and the wallpaper knife is used to open the set groove along the grid line. The depth of the groove is about 8-10mm.

Traditional exterior wall insulation materials are mostly simple brick-concrete structures without exterior wall insulation. Some buildings still have hollow balconies, resulting in poor insulation effect of houses during the winter heating period, serious heat loss, and unable to meet the heating needs of residents. The wall temperature is increased, and generally the internal insulation needs to set up a steam insulation layer. The use of external insulation materials has a much stronger permeability than the main structure. There is generally condensation in the wall, which increases the overall wall temperature of the structural layer and further enhances the insulation performance of the wall.

Exterior wall insulation material manufacturers recommend that polyurethane foam boards be placed in a greenhouse at 60℃ for a curing time of not less than 5 days, or the curing and drying time is maintained for 42 days under certain standards. Foam boards can be stored in a greenhouse at 60℃ for a short time. Commonly used thermosetting polystyrene boards are heated and mixed, and then injected with catalysts, and then extruded and pressure-formed to make rigid foam plastic boards. They are moisture-proof and waterproof, so they are also called polystyrene foam boards. They can reduce the thickness of building envelopes.

When the weather is hot, pay attention to sun protection measures, and use exterior wall insulation materials reasonably to avoid direct sunlight. In winter, be careful not to construct in a low temperature environment, not less than 0 degrees. Construction on rainy days is strictly prohibited. Waterproof measures should be taken during rainy season construction to protect the newly built construction walls.
