The technical personnel of the integrated thermal insulation and decoration construction enter the site to familiarize themselves with the construction site and drawings, and make necessary measurements and layouts according to the on-site construction conditions, and check the plane conditions of the base layer, various elevations, and the size and position of various openings. During the pasting process, the thermal insulation board should be gently pressed to ensure that its position is horizontal and vertical. After the extruded board is firmly pasted, the fixings should be installed in time, and holes should be drilled with an impact drill according to the position required by the design. The anchoring depth should be 50mm in the base layer, and the base drilling depth should not be less than 60mm.
The surface of the base layer for pasting the integrated thermal insulation and decoration should be clean, free of oil stains, release agents and other attachments that hinder bonding. The bulges, hollows and loose parts should be leveled, and the leveling layer should be firmly bonded to the wall without delamination, hollows and cracks. The process of combining adhesive pasting and anchor bolt fixing is used to connect and fix with the base wall. The surface layer uses polymer cement mortar (with two layers of alkali-resistant glass fiber mesh cloth lined inside, and one layer of reinforced mesh cloth added to the first layer), and the finishing layer is water-based sand exterior wall paint.
The thickness of the thermal insulation base of the thermal insulation decoration integration is generally greater than 2 cm, and the inner surface temperature is higher than 0 degrees. Waterproof design is the basic standard for whether the thermal insulation decoration integration board is qualified, otherwise, the thermal insulation layer will fail after water seepage. To paste the external wall thermal insulation integrated board, the base is required to be a light board. The product weighs only 8-10 kilograms per square meter, which is smaller than the overall weight of the thin plastering system in the on-site operation. Therefore, only special mortar is needed to paste it directly to the wall to meet the specified bonding base requirements.
