1、 Construction process flow

Grassroots treatment → snap control line → install bracket → prepare bonding mortar → paste flip over mesh cloth → paste thermosetting composite polystyrene board → install anchor → polish and repair → apply surface layer mortar → press in mesh cloth → acceptance

2、 Key construction steps and requirements

Grassroots treatment

Clean up floating dust and oil stains on the wall, repair hollows and bumps, and ensure that the flatness deviation does not exceed 5mm.

Concrete walls need to be coated with interface agents to enhance bonding strength.

Installation of control line and bracket

Pop up horizontal/vertical control lines, set up galvanized steel brackets on the first floor with a spacing of ≤ 1m, fix and level them with expansion bolts.

Preparation of bonding mortar

Water: mortar=1:5, electrically mix for 5 minutes, let it stand for 5 minutes, then mix again within 1 hour.

Paste polystyrene board

Using the dot box method for pasting, the bonding area should be ≥ 40%, the board seams should be staggered by 1/2 of the board length, and the gap should be ≤ 3mm.

Hang vertical reference lines at the corners to ensure the verticality of the board.

Anchoring and mesh treatment

There shall be no less than 7 anchor bolts per square meter, and the depth of entry into the wall shall be ≥ 45mm (concrete) or 50mm (masonry).

The width of the folded mesh cloth should be ≥ 300mm, and it should be pre pasted at the door and window openings and deformation joints.

Mortar for plastering layer

Divided into bottom layer and surface layer, the bottom layer is 2mm thick and pressed into the mesh cloth, the surface layer is 1-2mm thick, and the total thickness is 3-5mm.

3、 Quality acceptance standards

Flatness ≤ 3mm/2m, verticality ≤ 3mm/2m.

Adhesive strength ≥ 0.1MPa (polystyrene board failure).

4、 Precautions

Construction environment temperature ≥ 5 ℃, wind force ≤ 5 levels, avoid working on rainy days.

The cutting of the thermosetting plate adopts electric heating wire, with a diagonal error of ± 2mm.
