After preparation, it must be used up within two hours, otherwise it will clump and cannot be used normally. You can wait until it is needed to adjust it, there is no need to worry.

The thickness of the outer layer's bubble wall and the gas inside the bubble change, causing varying degrees of increase in λ s and λ r, resulting in an increase in the thermal conductivity of the XPS extruded board. It is necessary to evenly apply the bottom layer of plastering adhesive on the insulation layer, press in the fiberglass mesh, and then apply the plastering adhesive on the plastering layer to achieve better fixing effect. Structural wall deformation caused by uneven settlement of the foundation, severe cracking of the wall due to misalignment, and detachment of bricks.

The extruded polystyrene board has a low thermal conductivity, which means that the insulation performance of the board is better. Squeezing board manufacturers conducted tests on the insulation performance of extruded boards and found that under the same insulation effect, extruded insulation boards require significantly less board material than other insulation products. Before installing the extruded polystyrene board, it should be thoroughly mixed for 3 minutes. After 5-10 minutes, it should be mixed for 2 minutes. It can be used to paste insulation boards, and the mixed mortar should be used up within 2 hours. When applying, the area of mortar should not be less than 30% of the total area. The next process can be carried out in 2 days.

After the preparation and bonding mortar of the extruded board is polished before installation, the flatness should be controlled within 3mm/2m. It is not allowed to use protective and decorative layers to compensate for the unevenness of the insulation board, so as not to make the anti cracking protective layer mortar locally too thick and have potential cracking hazards. Although extruded polystyrene can be used to create various shapes, it lacks practicality in hotel kitchen decoration. For the extruded boards that we specifically use in daily life, strict application is necessary for their use in the kitchen.
