Density control: The quality density should be controlled within 30-50kg/m ³, taking into account both insulation effect and pipeline load, to reduce installation and construction difficulty.

Structural stability: compressive strength ≥ 0.3MPa, compressive creep coefficient ≤ 5%, long-term compression without deformation, ensuring the integrity of the insulation layer structure.

Waterproof and corrosion-resistant: It has low water absorption, acid and alkali corrosion resistance, and is suitable for complex environments with damp or corrosive media such as underground direct burial and outdoor exposure, to avoid the invasion of water vapor and the deterioration of insulation performance.

⚠️ Safety and compliance requirements

Fire rating: It is required to meet the A-level non combustible level of GB 8624 standard, eliminate fire hazards, and ensure the long-term operation safety of the heating network.

Environmentally friendly and non-toxic: The material composition is harmless, with no harmful gas release, and meets the requirements of green building materials.

Surface temperature control: After insulation, the outer surface temperature of the pipeline should not exceed 60 ℃ to avoid scalding maintenance personnel.

Construction and acceptance requirements

Upon entering the site, it is necessary to verify the product qualification certificate and third-party testing report. Each batch of materials should be sampled and retested for core indicators such as thermal conductivity and density at a rate of 5%.

The allowable error of the insulation layer thickness is controlled within ± 5%. The tapping method is used to check and ensure that the bonding is firm and not loose. After completion, the system's heat loss rate should be controlled within 8%.
