Damaged situation during installation of extruded plastic board
2022-10-24

If Nuo discovers that the quality of the extruded board is not up to standard or that it is damaged during installation, then the demand cannot be continuously used. On the exterior side of the building, a 14 centimeter thick external wall insulation layer has been installed, which is closely adjacent to the neighboring building to achieve a living effect of winter insulation, summer insulation, and warm winter and cool summer.

The installation of extruded polystyrene boards has caused damage due to the fast construction speed. The insulation layer is placed inside the wall, reducing the usable area of the commercial housing. The secondary decoration that affects residents is that heavy objects such as decorative paintings cannot be hung on the indoor walls, and it is easy to hang and fix objects on the interior walls.

Due to the tightly connected foam structure and no gaps between the walls, extruded boards have extremely high compressive strength, which remains unchanged even after prolonged water immersion. The construction plan for extruded polystyrene boards is instilled in each construction worker through various forms, ensuring that everyone is familiar with the specifications and standards, and that technical disclosure is detailed, clear, and focused, especially for processes that are prone to quality problems.

If the prefabricated components for installing extruded boards are damaged, factory processing should be adopted. During the material processing, various indicators such as board thickness, flatness, and joints can be controlled in the factory area. Its structure has a high closed cell rate, forming a vacuum layer to avoid air flow and heat dissipation, ensuring the durability and stability of its insulation performance. Compared to the closed cell rate of foamed polyurethane, its advantages are self-evident.

After the extruded board is processed, it needs to be peeled off to make the surface roughness of the board more conducive to adhesion, greatly improving the tensile bonding strength of the plastering mortar and adhesive, and preventing damage to the extruded board.
