1、 Material performance requirements

Polystyrene board (EPS)

Combustion performance: not lower than B1 level (GB 8624), thermal conductivity ≤ 0.041W/(m · K).

Dimensional stability: ≤ 1.0% (GB/T 8811), compressive strength ≥ 0.10MPa (GB/T 8813).

Supporting materials

Adhesive mortar: Tensile bonding strength ≥ 0.6MPa (GB/T 29906).

Anchor bolt: Single tensile bearing capacity ≥ 0.30kN (JG/T 366).

2、 Construction technical specifications

Grassroots treatment

Wall flatness deviation ≤ 4mm/2m, concrete base surface needs to be coated with interface agent.

Pasting process

Point and frame bonding method, effective bonding area ≥ 40%, board seam staggered by 1/2 board length.

Anchor setting: ≥ 7 per square meter, wall penetration depth ≥ 50mm.

Construction of protective layer

Layered construction of plastering mortar, with a total thickness of 3-5mm, and embedded alkali resistant mesh cloth (GB/T 20102).

3、 Acceptance criteria

Flatness/verticality: ≤ 3mm/2m (JGJ/T 70-2009).

System weather resistance: No hollowing or detachment after 80 cycles of hot rain (GB/T 35169).

4、 Safety and Environmental Protection

Construction environment temperature ≥ 5 ℃, wind force ≤ 5 levels, and work is prohibited on rainy days.

Material transportation should be moisture-proof and sun proof, with a storage period of ≤ 12 months.
