The bubble structure of the foaming method of polyethylene PE foam material
2022-11-21

The bubble structure of polyethylene PE foamed linear low-density polyethylene and metallocene linear low-density polyethylene, among which low-density polyethylene has good processing performance, a wide range of melt flow rate, good softness, extensibility and high transparency, and is a commonly used resin for making polyethylene foam materials. It can adjust the hardness and thickness at will, and has the characteristics of light weight, which is irreplaceable by other foam materials. It can be hot-pressed and flame-retardant. PE foam is widely used in the customization of bags and handbags, and many computer bag compartments or backpacks.

Polyethylene PE foam has an independent closed-cell bubble structure, and the honeycomb-like holes are evenly distributed. It is firmly and tightly integrated with cement adhesives. It naturally adapts to changes in expansion and contraction, and enhances the expansion and water-stopping effect. The polyethylene foam board made by hot foaming of polyethylene foaming equipment has a thickness of 50mm. Our company can produce and cut it into 0.3-50mm polyethylene foam sheets and polyethylene foam coils according to customer requirements.

During the construction of polyethylene PE foam, L-1100 polyethylene closed-cell foam board can be used in a variety of ways according to the situation. It can be used in longitudinal water-stop joints, horizontal water-stop joints and other special joints. The positive polyethylene closed-cell foam board has its unique advantages, strong recovery rate and no water absorption. The foam pores are closed, with a closure rate of 95%, and rainwater will not seep through the pores. It is very suitable for new roofs or old roof repairs, especially for old roof repairs. There is no need to remove the original waterproof layer and insulation layer. Just remove the dust and sand on the surface before spraying.

The weight of polyethylene PE foam is worth learning for all insulation materials. Compared with other natural materials of the same volume, the internal bubble structure of polyethylene PE foam is significantly lighter, and it is particularly suitable for walls, ceilings, and floors.
