The installation of the lines is considered based on gluing, and anchor bolts are not considered. It is reasonable not to use anchor bolts indoors, but the outdoor lines have to withstand the erosion of wind and rain. It is almost impossible to use only glue without anchor bolts. It is also not allowed by the specifications, and the construction unit dare not use anchor bolts.

The specifications and dimensions of the processed thermosetting polystyrene board: the width should not be greater than 1200mm, and the height should not be greater than 600mm. The external wall insulation system should cover the thermal bridge parts such as the outer openings of the door and window frames, parapets, air conditioner shelves and closed balcony railings. For the entire construction, whether the thermosetting polystyrene board is fixed according to the standard will directly determine the overall effect of the construction. Before fixing, it is necessary to arrange the reference control line in the correct position, and then fix the insulation anchor bolt, so that the fixing position of the insulation board can be basically determined.

Thermosetting polystyrene board manufacturers should provide the time and quantity of material delivery, and the materials should be delivered in time. After the materials are delivered, they should be stored indoors and the ground should be flat, and measures should be taken to ensure the flatness of the surface of the thermosetting polystyrene board. When the mortar is slightly dry to touch, immediately apply the second coat of plastering mortar with a trowel, and bury the mesh cloth in the middle of the two coats of plastering mortar. After all the plastering mortar and mesh cloth are laid, let it stand for 3 days before the next process can be carried out.
