Before construction, the exterior wall of the project should be thoroughly checked. Use tools, use a 2M ruler, the deviation should not be less than 4mm, the excess part should be flattened or removed, and if there is a groove, it can be repaired with some cement mortar.

The surface of the customized thermosetting polystyrene board will not absorb water, has good waterproofness, and no water will penetrate in, which can play a good shielding role. At the same time, without water intrusion, it is not easy to mold and damp. Polystyrene foam board can be soundproof. It will absorb some noise in the wall, but the sound insulation effect will be different. Under normal circumstances, the thicker the polystyrene foam board, the better the sound insulation effect. Of course, the material and quality of the foam board will be good for its sound insulation.

Commonly used customized external thermosetting polystyrene boards are basically polystyrene boards made of EPS materials, which are what we call foam insulation boards, or extruded insulation boards or graphite polystyrene boards, etc. These are plastic thermosetting polystyrene boards made of EPS. Foam board can increase the damp temperature of the wall. The general thermosetting polystyrene board needs to be set up with a steam insulation layer, and the air permeability of the external insulation material is much better than the main structure, and condensation generally does not occur in the wall. Using external wall insulation is conducive to maintaining room temperature.
