Don't panic when encountering this problem. Clear the burrs on the end faces of the partition seams and the excess adhesive on the glued parts. The performance of the foam board raw materials is tested and re-inspected. The re-inspection should be sampled. Generally, the density, strength, thermal conductivity, bonding strength, mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of the insulating material are tested.


There is a certain relationship between the volume density and tensile strength of polystyrene board. The tensile strength of 18Kg/m3 ordinary polystyrene board is 110~120kPa, and the tensile strength of 20kg/m3 is about 140KPa. Extruded board usually weighs 25 to 45 kilograms per unit. Polystyrene board can balance the temperature by absorbing or releasing heat to keep the indoor temperature stable. It is an important material in the exterior wall insulation system.


The exterior wall insulation system constructed with polystyrene board has a stable structure, which is conducive to the insulation and heat insulation of the building and can effectively improve the living standards of residents.


The stress of the exterior wall insulation integrated board varies greatly, and the dimensional stability is also poor. The separation seam phenomenon during the construction process generally occurs when it is easy to warp and deform under the sun, which can easily cause the exterior surface layer to crack and bulge. Polystyrene foam board has a certain sound insulation effect. In addition, it can also play a certain protective role for the building, so polystyrene foam board is an ideal building board.

As long as the thermal conductivity of the plastic foam board we choose is qualified, then the thermal insulation performance is suitable.
