The installation technical specifications for tunnel fireproof boards must comply with national mandatory standards such as GB 28376-2012, forming a complete system from material requirements, construction processes, key technical parameters to acceptance standards. The specific content of the specifications is as follows:

Technical requirements for materials and auxiliary materials

Board: single-layer board with a fire resistance limit of ≥ 2 hours, double-layer board with an outer layer of ≥ 12mm fiber-reinforced silicate board and an inner layer of ≥ 8mm glass magnesium board, in compliance with GB 50016-2014 standard.

Keel and fasteners: The main keel is made of hot-dip galvanized steel with a spacing of ≤ 600mm; the fixing bolts have a high temperature resistance of ≥ 800 ℃ with a spacing of ≤ 300mm.

Fireproof sealant: It must be certified according to GB/T 24267-2009, with an expansion coefficient of ≥ 200%, and used for filling and sealing all joints.

Preparation standards before construction

Grassroots treatment: Remove floating ash from tunnel walls, with a flatness deviation of ≤ 3mm/2m, and apply fireproof interface agent; Waterproof treatment should be carried out in the water seepage area first, and the moisture content of the base surface should be controlled below 8%.

Measurement and positioning: Use a total station to complete the three-dimensional measurement of the curved surface of the tunnel, and use BIM technology to pre arrange plates for irregular structures to reduce on-site cutting losses.

Equipment verification: commissioning the cutting machine, drilling machine and hoisting equipment in advance to ensure that all construction machines and tools work normally.

 Core installation technical specifications

Installation of keel: The vertical deviation of the keel verticality is ≤ 2mm/m, and the intersection of the horizontal keel and the vertical keel is reinforced with rivets with a spacing of ≤ 400mm.

Board installation: After cutting, the edges should be polished without burrs, and staggered splicing should be used with a gap of ≤ 3mm. Self tapping screws should sink 0.5mm into the board surface, and the nail caps must be coated with fireproof paint.

Sealing treatment: All joints and screw holes are filled tightly with fireproof sealant to form a continuous and complete fire barrier, preventing flames and smoke from entering.

Appearance indicators: Overall flatness ≤ 4mm/2m, no hollowing or curling of the board.

Performance test: The joint has passed a 3kPa negative pressure test without detachment, and the fire resistance performance report issued by a third-party organization must meet the design fire resistance limit requirements.

Data verification: All material qualification certificates, testing reports, and construction records must be fully archived and meet the fire safety acceptance requirements of tunnel engineering.
